Highlights of Parcelly at the Pro-Retail Show 2016

April has been a month full of news, events and conferences. We've been striving to improve our exposure to consumers and businesses alike, by taking the Parcelly solution on the road for a number of huge retail exhibitions. 

Parcelly, the parcel collection network showcased its click and collect solution at the Pro-Retail Show 2016 at the International Centre in Telford, Shropshire this week. 

New businesses have joined our network and new locations are now opened in Guildford, Bedford, Hertfordshire, Stoke, Hull, East Anglia and Scotland.

The show was a powerful and productive platform for Parcelly to gain new business partners and demonstrate our innovative click and collect solution to local retailers.

Highlights of Parcelly at the National Convenience Show 2016

The Parcelly team was thrilled to be part of the conversation at the National Convenience Show  at the NEC Birmingham this week. The NCS aimed to bring together the entire convenience industry under one very large roof! Industry experts and around 300 suppliers of products and services gathered over three days, bringing the best offerings and ideas to help grow businesses and bottom lines.

The conference also covered such diverse topics as innovation and the role of technology in the convenience sector. Parcelly’s conversations with local stores centred around this intersection of digital and physical – allowing the existing PHYSICAL network of business to grow their revenues by partnering with Parcelly, using our DIGITAL app to become a click and collect location.

At our stand in K09, Parcelly’s team thoroughly enjoyed meeting many players in the retail space. We talked about additional products and services that can aid in creating increased revenues for smaller stores. Encouraged that being part of the Parcelly’s network can help generate increased footfall and higher basket spend, many businesses took the time to partner with us on the day. We couldn’t have been more thrilled!   

Many more provided their contact details asking to speak with us at a time more convenient to them. We understand convenience of course! Our entire business model is centred on this philosophy. We can’t wait to speak to all of you over the coming week.

The National Convenience Show 2016 was a very inspiring event for Parcelly. Not only did we appreciate meeting many of our potential partners in person but we also learned a great deal about the latest trends and innovations in the convenience sector. We truly believe we are best positioned to help our partners deliver better services in this sector, and look forward to working closely with you!
